Ardal County (Persian: شهرستان اردل) is in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Ardal.[3]
Demographics
Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the county's population was 68,740 in 14,474 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 53,514 people, in 12,703 households,[5] by which time Mashayekh Rural District, Naghan Rural District and the city of Naghan of the Central District had been separated from the county in the establishment of Kiar County.[6] At the 2016 census, the county's population was 48,880 in 13,066 households.[2]
